I agree. Kadang sikon mental yg lagi down mempengaruhi ketakutan sama air. Tapi kalo keep pushing, then swimming can heal us *sotoy haha
Anyway good morning, guys.
Setelah 4x latihan renang sama #PesutSwimAcademy, tiap kali latihan, gw ngerasa ada progres. The people around are also positive.
So, thank you buat temen-temen basic yang saling support, coach Aan yang sabar dan reliable banget, dan coach Deni yang ngasih shock therapy ttg berani masuk air haha hopefully when I'm back in the pool, it will be my strong reminder again to conquer my fear ☺
I still want to swim with all of you guys, but unfortunately gw harus pamit bentar due to my very tight work of schedule.
